The Spring Newsletter provides and update on the development of the HOA. The committee has been hard at work getting as many community members as possible to commit to the HOA, and going through the legal requirements to make this a reality. Watch your inboxes later this month for updates requiring your approval at the AGM in November.
Updates on the R72, East St ext and the pothole project are also provided.
You are invited to take a stroll down Pirates walk to see the improvements made by the Lagoon project team, and we provide an exciting update regarding the Community Hall. Finally we introduce our new BCMM Overseer and we look forward to working with his team.
